Stages

  • Stage 1 : Cancer spreads to the upper part of the vagina or upper part of the urethra and other distant organs.
  • Stage 2 : Cancer is limited to the vulva or perineum (space between the vagina and rectum).
  • Stage 3 : Cancer spreads to the nearby lymph nodes.
  • Stage 4 : Cancer spreads to the lower part of the anus, vagina, or urethra but not to the lymph nodes.
