Dr. Ramprahlad KM is one of the best Medical Oncologist in Guntur, with over eight years of experience in the field. He is currently associated with the American Oncology Institute as a Medical Oncologist.
Dr. Ramprahlad is well-trained in administering chemotherapy, targeted therapy, and immunotherapy. He has extensive expertise in performing key procedures such as central line insertions, bone marrow biopsies, and lumbar punctures. In addition, he specializes in cancer pain management and provides comprehensive palliative and end-of-life care for patients with advanced-stage cancer.
A Gold Medalist, Dr. Ramprahlad completed his MBBS from NRI Medical College and went on to pursue his MD in General Medicine at Rangaraya Medical College. He further specialized by earning a DM in Medical Oncology from Sri Venkateswara Institute of Medical Sciences.
Before joining the American Oncology Institute in Guntur, he worked with several prestigious multi-specialty hospitals across India. Alongside his clinical practice, Dr. Ramprahlad has a strong interest in teaching and research, actively contributing to the training of medical oncology students in India.
He has authored multiple research publications and delivered talks at various scientific forums. He is also a member of esteemed professional bodies such as the Indian Society of Medical and Pediatric Oncology and the European Society for Medical Oncology.
