Dr. Rajesh Kota is a highly experienced Medical Oncologist based in Vijayawada, with over 14 years of expertise in comprehensive cancer care. He currently serves as the Medical Director and Senior Consultant in Medical Oncology at the American Oncology Institute.
He completed his MBBS from Guntur Medical College, followed by an MD in Internal Medicine from M.S. Ramaiah Medical College, Bengaluru, and a DM in Medical Oncology from the prestigious Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences (NIMS), Hyderabad.
Dr. Kota specializes in the management of breast, lung, and gastrointestinal cancers. His clinical approach focuses on precision oncology, immunotherapy, and delivering patient-centered care. He is committed not only to effective cancer treatment but also to improving patients’ quality of life and overall well-being through comprehensive symptom management.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Kota is an empanelled NABH Assessor, actively contributing to hospital accreditation, quality assurance, and patient safety initiatives.
