Dr Rahul Lal Chowdhary is an experienced Radiation Oncologist, proficient in using IMRT, VMAT, IGRT, SRS, SRT, SBRT, DIBH, Intraluminal Brachytherapy to treat Oesophageal, Bronchial and Biliary Tract Tumors. He is associated with American Oncology Institute, Jalandhar as a Radiation Oncology Consultant. With more than 6 years of experience working in some of the renowned hospitals, as a Radiation Oncologist, Dr Chowdhary has been successful in treating cancers affecting different parts of the body. He has pioneered and started innovative Radiotherapy Techniques like Lattice Radiotherapy and SBRT-PATHY. He is also an expert in H.D.R Brachytherapy (Intracavitary, Intraluminal, Interstitial, Mould). Dr Chowdhary also has an expertise in Targeted Therapy, Chemotherapy, Immunotherapy & Hormonal Therapy.
Dr Chowdhary completed his MBBS from Government Medical College, Amritsar, Punjab. He further completed his MD (Radiotherapy) from Guru Gobind Singh Medical College & Hospital, Faridkot, Punjab.
He has attended many conferences at the national level. He has around 30 national and international publications to his credit.
