Notably, she presented a poster at the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) Conference in Barcelona, Spain, which was subsequently published in the Annals of Oncology. Her interest in esophageal cancer anesthesia management led to a poster presentation at the International Society for Diseases of the Esophagus (ISDE), with her work published in the Esophagus International Journal.
An innovator in the field, Dr Tatakuri developed a novel scoring system to predict mortality in patients undergoing HIPEC surgery, which she presented at the ESMO conference, gaining recognition for its clinical relevance and potential application in high-risk surgical settings.
Her academic excellence was further highlighted when she was awarded 1st Prize at the SOAPCCON conference held at TATA Memorial Hospital, Mumbai, for presenting a rare oncology case and its perioperative management.
