The patient arrived at the hospital last year with a history of triple-positive breast cancer, for which she had undergone right breast conservation surgery in 2013, followed by post-operative chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and hormone therapy. Breast conservation, also known as breast-preserving surgery, is a surgical approach to remove the cancerous tissue while preserving as much of the healthy breast tissue as possible.
