Dr Muralidhar Joshi is an experienced Pain Medicine & Anesthesia specialists in Hyderabad. He is associated with American Oncology Institute, Hyderabad, as a Senior Pain Medicine & Anesthesia Consultant. With more than 27 years of experience working in highly renowned hospitals of India as a Pain Management Specialist, Dr Joshi has been highly successful in treating complex pain management cases.

Dr Joshi has done his MBBS from Government Medical College, Bellary, Karnataka. He has also completed MD (Anaesthesiology) from PGIMER, Chandigarh and DNB (Anaesthesiology) from National Academy of Medical Examinations, New Delhi. He has further studied FIPM from the Indian Academy of Pain Medicine and successfully completed his fellowship in Pain Management from Virinchi Hospitals, Hyderabad, ESI Hospitals, Kolkata, Kamineni Wockhardt Hospitals, Hyderabad.

Dr Joshi authored the first pain management textbook in India in 2004, which is currently in its third edition. In addition, he has been the editor-in-chief of six textbooks on pain management therapies, so far. He has served as an examiner, teacher, and guide for the Indian Society for the Study of Pain.
