Diagnosis of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma may include:

  • Physical examination: Physical Examination of enlarged lymph nodes may help your doctor in diagnosis of the disease
  • Imaging tests: Imaging tests like X-ray, computerized tomography (CT) scan, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) or positron emission tomography (PET) may be recommended by the doctor to look for sign of tumors in the body
  • Testing a sample of lymph node tissue: Analysis of Lymph node tissues in laboratories may reveal whether you have non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma and, if so, which type
  • Looking for cancer cells in your bone marrow: A bone marrow biopsy can be carried out to look for presence of cancer cells
