Leukemia can be difficult to identify in early stages as initial symptoms may resemble that of flu. Also, with Chronic myeloid and Chronic lymphocytic leukemia, the abnormal leukemia cells can function almost as well as normal white blood cells. That said, there are certain symptoms to watch out for, which may indicate the existence of disease

  • Fatigue, Weight loss, dizziness and Frequent illness
  • Enlarged liver or spleen, swollen lymph nodes
  • Tiny red spots may develop in your skin (petechiae)
  • Repeated nosebleeds
  • Excessive sweating
  • Pain in bone and joints
